Meet Our Team of Professional and Compassionate Visitation Monitors

Ravenel Noble Wimberly

I have an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. I have worked in the social services field for over fifteen years acquiring extensive experience working with families and children of all ages.

Prevention of Child Abuse and Domestic violence is one of the areas that I have supported during my social services experience. I was appointed and served on the County of San Bernardino’s Behavioral Health Commission.

I have been trained as a Professional Supervised Visitation Monitor complying with California Rules of Court 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5. In addition, my information is on the Trustline registry with background checked and cleared of any criminal activity. We understand this process can be stressful and want parents to feel confident when choosing their provider.

Our goal is for your child’s visit to take place in a stress free and relaxed environment where he/she can have quality time with the non-custodial parent. It is in the best interest of a child that they maintain an ongoing relationship with both parents. A child’s growth and development can be affected at the occurrence of an absent parent. Separation Anxiety and behavioral changes can occur in children of divorced/separated parents and this is one of many reasons that we must strive to maintain consistent contact between parents and children during this process. We are here to assist in helping you accomplish that your children are the least affected during these times.

Jessica Valdez

I am a certified Supervised Visitation Monitor, trained by the California Association of Supervised Visitation Service Providers (CASVSP). I have successfully completed hours of training, which includes live virtual hours and instruction. Complying with California Rules of Court 5.20 and Family Code 3200.5. My training covered and focused on the qualifications of professional providers, trustline registration, and the importance of compliance. I gained a strong understanding of compliance requirements, the scope of services, and the role of family law, juvenile law, and child development in determining the best interest of the child.

My training is my backbone, giving me the knowledge and confidence to excel in this role. I hold a solid background in business administration, which has strengthened my ability to analyze situations objectively, understand legal processes, and apply best practices when working with families. This foundation allows me to approach supervised visitation with a structured, informed outlook, ensuring that all guidelines and regulations are followed while prioritizing the safety and well-being of the child.

As a mother, I understand how important it is for children to feel safe and secure during challenging family situations. I am committed to applying for my training to ensure that visits take place in a safe, neutral, and supportive environment where the well-being of the child remains the top priority. My personal experience as a parent gives me a deeper outlook on the emotional needs of children and the importance of maintaining consistency, structure, and trust during supervised visits. I believe that all families deserve a safe and comfortable environment where they can maintain healthy relationships while navigating through difficult circumstances.
